Is there a way to set the OG Meta Description as the text entered in the Meta Description box on the right column when editing a post rather than the first 200 words of the post body?

At the moment when I am debugging a URL it is scraping the post body text for the description rather than the entered text in the meta desc text box.
Hi David,

I sincerely apologize for the delay of this reply.
Can you please do a backup of ( facebook.php ) and download the attached file and replace it here:
Joomlafolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\facebook\facebook.php .

Please give it a try and if this fix doesn't resolves your issue, do provide us with Backend and FTP access as well so that we can assist you much better.

Hi Ethan,

I uploaded the file, but it didn't solve the problem. The EB post was still generating two OG: Desc text's. One was the text I wrote in the Meta Description box, the other was scraped from the article text.

I opened facebook.php and commented out line 145:

//$this->doc->addCustomTag('<meta property="og:description" content="' . $description . '" />');

it now only generates the OG:DEsc that I have written myself.

Hi Ethan,

I am still having difficulties, and a lot of 404 errors, due to the URL structure. EB 5 seems to have added a layer to my blog URL's in the form of.../entry/...

How can I remove this?
