It is just an example of one of many pages where formatting is messed up.
Will switch on the dock now and I think you will see more messed up formatting?

The reason why i asking that question is because i realised other pages seems fine, since that page is not load properly so that is difficult for me to know what is that page actually.

So after that i re-check again just now, it seems like you have did something on your site, it look like everything is display properly now, you can check my attached screenshot below.

Indeed every thing is fine.
I can only guess that I had some odd cache issues.
At my end every thing has been fine for about an hour now.
