Messages are not displayed in a time order - latest first

Dear support,

The messages are not displayed in a time order i.e. latest first, but instead they appear mixed up as per photo 209 attached. Please note that we have performed an integration with Cometchat extension and in order for you to visit the messages of EasySocial you have to click on the "view all messages" as per photo 210 or use the below link for your convenience

In order to visit the messages of the specific user as per photo 209 please use the credentials provided below for Admin 1.

Is this a specific option in the joomla backend that we missed?

I've checked in your site, the reason why that sorting is not show correctly is because the system load the conversation latest first instead of the last replied date.

If you would like to show the last replied date first, I already help you configured from backend setting, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

It should show correctly now.
