How are new messages sorted in Conversekit?

We used to use Conversekit in the past, but dropped it because of the confusion created with the order of messages.
Members expect that Conversekit should show messages in the same order as the notifications/toolbar.
i.e. sorted by latest message sent/received.
However, this does not seem to be the case and messages seem to be ordered by the date the first message was sent.
You can see this clearly in the Conversekit demo. The Conversekit message ordering is simply confusing to members

Is there any way to order the messages by date of last message sent/received.
If not, then Conversekit is going to be be very confusing except in small sites where message volumes are low.
Hi there,

We do have settings to configure it sorting as you can see here https://take.ms/KqhHh and this settings will be reflected accordingly on Conversekit.

By the way, on our demo, there are issues where it doesn't reflected those sorting accordingly. We have logged them into our issues trackers and will included them on our next release version. Can you recheck them again and see how it goes.

Is the problem only on the demo or with Conversekit in general.

When will these fixes be included in the live version?
There is no point in us paying again for Conversekit until its been updated.
