Message error

Hi
I'm receiving a message error saying:

"Sorry, but you have exceeded the amount of messages allowed to be sent daily. Please try again tomorrow."

And I've never sent a message at all that day.

Please go to your back end and under Access , click on the Discover tool to discover the new access rules
