Hi I have created a menu tab using easy discuss inbox layout. I am expecting it to display a list of post and conversation created by logged in user but its not working in tat way.

Thanks,
Arnab
Hello Arnab,

That Inbox Layout only display the conversation for the logged in user http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-12-24_1114.png . May I know what is your issue?

Yes the expectation is same here but currently not happening in that way. Please have a look.
You can use same credentials shared to check this too.

Thanks in advance,
Arnab

Hi,

I am sorry for the late reply.
Would you be kind enough to provide me with your site's access and FTP access so that I am able to personally log in and debug the issue on your site? Since I can't replicate this issue on our local.

Please advise.
Thanks.

Hello RockyFeet,

I'm really sorry delayed of this reply,

If I'm not getting wrong your meaning, when you click on right side there "User navigation menu" > Conversation, then it show Easysocial conversation page? If yes, that was because you are using Easysocial menu module.

By the way, Easydiscuss conversation is allowed integration with Easysocial.

Please check the screen shot attached.
May be you will be able figure out what I am trying to say.
Also after enabling easy social conversations integration , conversation tab does not reflect any thing extra.

Help me, where am I going wrong?

Hello,

I am really sorry but your questions and your responses are really misleading and I have no idea what you are trying to achieve here. When I checked your site, the menu that you have created "My Discussion" is actually linking to the conversations page of EasyDiscuss.

What are you trying to link to for this menu? Do you want to display a list of discussions created by the logged in user? If you want to display the list of discussions the current logged in user has created, you need to link them to the profile layout of EasyDiscuss.

Thanks for your reply.
Yes I was trying to display the list of discussions the current logged in user has created, and achieved it through the profile layout of EasyDiscuss.

Can u please brief me about how this conversation integration works with easy discuss integration?

Thanks again,
Arnab

Hello Arnab,

When you configure EasyDiscuss to use EasySocial's private messaging system, all the "pm" links would be pointing to EasySocial instead and the built in EasyDiscuss pm system would not be used at all.
