Hi there

It seems like you are requesting support for other domain than the one you have registered. Please understand that Pro versions only entitles you to support for 1 domain only.

Should you require support for additional domains, please consider upgrading your license to the Unlimited version or purchase an additional subscription for this site.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hello Jimmy,

Are you looking into upgrading to Agency bundle, where you get to have 5 domains for each product? For this, it would be $276.15 after prorating your current Club bundle. Otherwise, if you're looking to have extra domain for a single product, then i would recommend getting a new license for that domain instead. Kindly advise.

Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

Hi there,

Seems like there are issues on our end currently. Made those fixes on your end and should works as it should now. You can copy them here .../public_html/dev/ltevent/modules/mod_easysocial_menu/tmpl/default.php. This fixes will be included on our next release version.
