Menu items alias - change component/easysocial to custom link

Hi,

By default my easysocial installation produces url's like: component/easysocial/albums/.....
I created hidden menu items to make nice SEF urls like the image below resulting in website.com/albums/...

Is that oke this way? Or should easysocial create it another way itself?

Hey Jasper,

What I think you should be doing is to create a menu that links to the dashboard layout. Perhaps call it "community" so you don't have to create so many menu items. This way, your URL would look like below:

/community/albums
/community/events
/community/groups

However, if you prefer short URLs like your current menu structure, it's perfectly fine as well
