Menu item linking to specific category

Hi,

I have created and linked a meny item to a specific category in EasyDiscuss.
Works great, but the Search for something field has not this category selected by default (So if a customer search for something he will search the whole forum, instead of this specific category).

Is there a way to have the category selected by default when linking to a specific category within my forum?

Is it possible to have this developed for us? What cost?

As this is a vital feature to be able to use the link to specific category feature, we need this. Make no sense to send a customer to a specific category, and when the customer do a search he searches the whole forum.
