Menu Issues with Editing

I have noticed that while editing posts that sometime the top menu appears to be grey'd out but it is still active and intended for use. I also notice that when this happens the bottom options to save and apply are completely missing but I can click the option where the button should be if I can remember where the buttons are.

I am using Safari 8.0.8
Hey David,

Hm, there is most likely some template conflicts going on there. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

I've checked in your site, It seems like I can't replicate this issue in your site, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

Perhaps you can guide us again which post you edit and facing this issue?
