I have no idea of how do I make the same effect of menu dropdown links like Vanilla Template of stackideas.
Sorry, but I am not entirely sure what are you trying to achieve here. In your GIF, it's only rendering the dropdown from Vanilla. Where are you applying this?

Hey Wu,

I tried to check your site and it seems like in the template settings, the dropdown animation has been set to "No Animation", http://take.ms/DbCM4

Hm, not sure what you mean eh? You can go to your Templates section and edit the template. Then change the dropdown animation accordingly.

I don't want any animation accordingly, I just want to get the same rendering like your template.
For now, The color of my dropdown of main menu is white, that is not rendering color from header

Hm, I am confused. The site on vanilla.stackideas.com uses the "Fade" animation. If you mentioned that you do not want any animation, then what do you mean by you want it like the vanilla.stackideas.com menu eh?

By the way, I configured the menu animation to Fade for your site too.

By the way, I am confused too. Why I can't make the same result as your template. I tried preset 1 and 2, but those are not the same with yours.

Ah okay I get it now. You want the menu to look exactly the same. The reason that the background hasn't changed is because Helix framework requires you to set the recompile mode to on, http://take.ms/9fVD7 after making the changes.

Once the changes takes effect, disable it again and you are good to go I have done this for you and the toolbar looks the same now.
