This is on Windows 11 desktop, not mobile. Just tested with mobile and it is working there.

I have 3 screens, I just always test templates with browser resizing
But for the record at the core is a Surface Pro 7 and the menu fails in landscape mode on that device (2736 x 1824)

Ahh, just realised I have the touch screen set to 200%, so that's why. It switches to the offcanvas menu at 959px. Note that prior to this the also layout fails with ironically, the "Layout" menu item, at 1019px.

Oh I see. It is not supposed to be zoomed in. The template responsive is detected by the user agent sent by the device. Since the device is not in the responsive device list, then it will not render the script.
