Hi

I have noted that it is not possible to @mention someone unless you are friends with them - this is particularly inconvenient in groups or when replying to something a non-friend has posted publicly.

Is there somewhere in the settings that I am just missing that this can be changed?
Hi there,

Currently, that how it should works as you only can mentioned your friends only unless you disabled this settings http://take.ms/vvqTt

Thanks for your understanding.

Can we move this to a feature request that ; within Groups/Pages and replies that you should be able to mention other members of the group or other people who have commented on the thread whether you are friends or not.

Hi there,

Perhaps it be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request" so that everyone else could vote for it. We will prioritize this feature during the development process for the next major version of EasySocial if there are more people request on this.

Thanks for your understanding.
