Thank you for getting back to me. Jason, does that mean we cannot/should not use Mentions and Hashtags in our communities until the next upgrade? (when is that?)

Sorry for late reply to this,
We are just release the 1.2.17 version of Easysocial, can you give it a try and see the issues still persists? Because Jason already applied this fixes in the current latest version of EasySocial. Keep us updated then.

Excellent! I've actually been trying to update for the past two hours. The upgrade installation stays stuck at 10% in the database step. I'll post a different thread for that issue.
