When I try to mention any of the participants in group conversation it shows up correctly while composing the message. Once I hit submit, it shows the name "Guest" which is not being linked to the person who was mentioned.

I am sorry that delay of this reply, can you try download my attachment file then replace in JoomlaFolder\components\com_easysocial\controllers\conversations.php and see how it goes?
If the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend, FTP access and which conversation group so we can help you check on this?
