Our server crashes once a day with memory exceeded errors.

I just switched my website:

K2 to Easyblog
Community Builder to EasySocial
Freestyle Support System to EasyDiscuss

I have been using the previous extensions for about 10 years with NO memory exceeded errors.

After switching over to EB, ES, and ED, I am getting memory exceeded errors on our servers.

My site has over 33,000 users. Our server is a VPS with 1 GB of RAM, 30 GB of storage and 1 dedicated processor.

Is there something I can do to lower the memory requirements of EB, ES, and ED? Or to locate what is causing my server to crash?
