Hello,

Following this update, I am testing memberships to make sure everything is working properly.

I use PayPal.

At the moment I am unable to pay for a membership.
Either I am not redirected to the site after the transaction is validated (payment confirmation in the bank's mobile application.) in PayPal (the PayPal spinner is running without stopping).
Or I can't validate the transaction in PayPal (blank screen).

I'm not sure if my problem is related to the recent upgrade to the latest version of PayPlans or even if it's a PayPlans issue.

But maybe you can help me.

Thank you for your support.

I am trying to subscribe to one of the membership plans on the site.
I also tried to renew an expired membership plan.

In PayPal, sometimes I get a blank screen at the confirmation step of the transaction with the bank's mobile app (securipass).

Another time the redirection to the site is not done, the spinner turns without stopping.

In my tests this happens when you choose to pay by credit card without logging into a PayPal account.

I once managed to pay for a membership by logging into my PayPal account.
I was also able to pay and renew a membership by putting PayPal in sandbox mode.

Do you have any idea?
Are there any settings in PayPal that I should check?

Thank you for sharing the detailed information on this.

The issue is coming on paypal site, which means after redirecting to paypal for further payment process, these issues hit on their side. There is nothing to fix on PayPlans site.

Are there any settings in PayPal that I should check?
I don't think is there any setting regarding this. You need to contact paypal support team regarding this issue. While contacting them remember to add these screenshot of having issues, so tey will assist better on this.

Keep us update also on this.

It finally seems that the integration with PayPal is working normally.
