Membership problem in Easy discuss - wrong specification

We have organized Membership for a) "Siteusers" and b) "Communityusers" on the platform. Members of category a) can use only the sitecontent, with EasyDiscuss, and category b) users are allowed to work in/with EasySocial. The registration is with OS Membership. A client orders b) category and is fixed in Joomla, K2, EasyDiscuss and EasySocial as that. In EasyDiscus is mentioned as Siteuser (cat. a) below his name?
What could be the reason for this?
I am not really sure what you mean here. Can you please include some screen shots and some pointers?

Pls see the screenshot from EasyDiscuss (red arrow), the users Schwab membership is "Community-leader" (you say founder) - he is declared here as Sitemember with contrary contract.

Hey Peter,

In your screen shot, those are actually user roles / ranks. I am not too sure how is this related to OS Membership?

Perhaps you can provide us with your both site access so I can do some comparison for that? And see is it can find out something is not configure correct?
