Members cannot post questions.

None of my members can post questions using the forum. Not even myself, a superuser. Once they log in, they don't have an area to post their questions - the BBC editor does not come up. They also cannot add attachments, URLs, or Polls without resetting the entire webpage. Also, as soon as anyone logs in to the website through the Forum page, the "Home" on the menu toolbar is highlighted instead of "Forum". Please see attachments.

I read through some previous forum questions and found a solution to this problem.

As you discussed, JSN Pagebuilder was causing a confliction with EasyDiscuss. The way to fix this is to set Analytics Code Position to "Before ending Head tag" and Optimize Script Tags to "No" under the template settings "SEO & Settings". No extra plugin necessary! Thanks again.

Hi Edmund Arellano,

Regarding your issue, there is a known issue with your System - JSN Pagebuilder plugin where this plugin attempt to alter a javascript string which causing javascript syntax error in EasyDiscuss ask page. If i unpublish this system plugin, then your ask page is working correctly. Please see attached image.

Anyway, we already reported this issue to JSN and i believe by the time now they have should released a new version of this system plugin to address the issue. You may contact JSN for the new updates on this JSN Pagebuilder plugin
