Member's profile photo widget or module

Hello,

I was wondering if there is (or you can add it in the future) a module or widget to show profile photo only, with a conditional test, if member had add a photo he will not see it but if he dont have a photo this widget will be visible until he add a photo.

That will help admins to have authentic community with real people instead of the grey avatar

May i know what do you think about before posting it in Voice ?
I would suggest that you place this in the user voice area
