Hello,
Easyblog has been installed on this site for quite some time now (few year), using Joomla 2.5.28.
I would like to upload mp3 files now, and no matter what I do, I keep getting the Unable to parse server response message.
I have searched online, but everywhere you ask that I renew my subscribtion so I can see what the solutions are, and quite frankly I do not want to upgrade, because it is okay for me to still use the old version of Joomla and Easyblog.
What I could find as solutions, and did:
- In the Easyblog settings > Media > General I have mp3 inserted into the allowed extensions.
- In AdminTools > WAF Exceptions have added com_easyblog
- have increased max upload file limit to 64 MB

It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

I'm kind of in the same boat...my subscription just expired a few days ago...I'm not sure I want to renew until the current issue is resolved.

So if I understand this...even though I have NOT requested any support in the 2 years that I've had this software, you are not going to provide support. That's a really bad answer.

Hello Scott,

I sincerely apologize but please do understand as stated in our pricing plans, we did explicitly specified that you are allowed to access the downloads, updates as well as our support for 6 or 12 months since the date of your purchase. Once your subscription runs out, you will lose access to the latest versions and you will not be able to utilize these services which we provide including our support too.
