Media Upload works for users with admin rights only

Hi there,

Can you please advise, how it's possible that only admin rights logged in users can upload photos?

Others get "Unable to get file list from server" error message and nothing happens if we click on Upload Media on the right top.

- we do not use Admin Tools
- group ACL has "Upload Images" rule set to "yes".
- "Maximum file upload size" is set to "2Mb".
- imasges folder permission is 755

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

After a long debugging, we found out that you have index.html file on your site. I've renamed the index.html and the media manager is working fine now. Can you verify it for me?

Can you perhaps provide us with joomla backend and FTP access so we that can have better understanding on what might cause the issue?

Hello Ezrul,

thank you for your test post, we can see there is a picture also for the post.

However, we still can not upload photos - still get "Unable to get file list from server" message.
