We have used EasyBlog as our blogging solution and so far it works pretty fine.
Recently we tried to create a new post using an Android tablet (tried a Samsung Galaxy Note and Lenovo one) and ran into touchscreen issues in composer - see attached video.
When trying to insert new media, it is possible to navigate between the high level folder easily, but when you need to go into for example a shared folder - like in our case we have 3 folders within shared space, it is not possible. all the other buttons like Upload or Create new folder work.
Is it a known issue? Will it be handled?

Thank you
Currently, I do not have a tablet device right now, can you do me a favor and try to replicate this on our demo site and see whether you can replicate the issue?

https://easyblog.stackideas.com/ (you have to scroll down until see the login module then you can log in with the demo account)

Is it all the folders unable to click on the media manager screen if using a tablet device?

How about the mobile device?

Hello,
yes I can confirm the same issue is on your demo site - started to create a post, created a new folder and tried to get in. That is on tablet. I tried on my Android phone and it worked. I suppose it is related also to the screen size then?

Thanks for letting us know you encounter the same issue when testing on our demo site.

So far we tested an iPad device that seems fine and we can reproduce this issue if testing on the emulator Android tablet, I will log this into our issue tracker.

Can you try to download my attached file then replace it with the following file location on your site and see how it goes? Remember to backup the original file first before you do this replacement.

Yes, it did work with my Android tablet emulator.

Perhaps you can try to clear your browser cache from your tablet and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, can you update your site backend and FTP access so we can investigate this on your site?

It seems fine to me when I test your website on the browser emulator, you can watch my attached video below.

Can you try to access the following link on your tablet device and share with us what user agent string it shows? (example: https://monosnap.com/file/fQHyQ3gjpBnGvcsJgIV9dAFDnf8uQ4 )

Alright, keep us update if the production site still has this issue, remember to clear your tablet browser cache before retesting it.

Hey there,

Can you do me a favor to access this link https://develop.belean.cz/index.php/posts/categories/zdarma?debugUA=1 on the Android tablet (Samsung Galaxy Note and Lenovo) devices and then share the screenshot or the user-agent message? (similar to this https://monosnap.com/file/m0IKxKFO05efCjrDsbFQDMtF6j0GDK )

Because we noticed that it will be caused other issues so I would like to check both device's user-agent so we can apply the proper fix.
