I'm sorry but there is no setting to sort media manager. By the way, What did you mean by within one Folder..including Pagination?

hi Nik, is there a other way to achieve sorting from latest to first? if you have for example uploaded 500 images in one Folder, within 10 different days and 100 of them use different image names then our Blogger see a totally mess there!

i have set in Backend Media Manager -> General -> Items per page to 100
if a user upload 500 images then he get Pagination links on bottom. what i mean is sorting from latest to first should also work if Pagination is used.

I've tested it in my local and the sorting is already from latest to first. Can you show me in your site, which image folder are referring to? Please advise.
