Hello,

When using the Media Manager to insert an image from a sub-folder, it appears as a broken icon (no image). However, when I insert an image from the root folder of Media Manager, it appears fine.

It seems like a permissions issue - any solution??

Thanks in advance.
Hello Shark IT,

Yes, because all the image format should be ( lowercase )

Example : jpg,png,gif,3g2,3gp,aac,f4a,f4v,flv,m4a,m4v,mov,mp3,mp4,zip,rar,7z,pdf,doc,docx,ppt,pptx,xls,xlsx

You can check it from your backend > Easyblog > Setting > media tab > http://screencast.com/t/lU8l34JQNGN
Hope this help.

I think I have solved it - the images not appearing had the extension .JPG (uppercase). When I renamed the extension to .jpg it worked. Where do I allow for .JPG to be a valid image file?

If I add the uppercase extension to the allowed list - should that work?

Hello Shark IT,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Hmm, you can try to add "JPG" in your media setting there and see how it goes.
