Media manager Error To view images

We are bulding a new website to our clients, and the blog will be the firt that user EB5, so the problem now is:

When you open a folder (any folder) in the media manager in order to view the images inside, this images doesn´t display, instead a blank space appears, if you select this "blank Space" you can use the image as usually, but of course this provide a UX problem.

Hi there,

May i know did you make some modification that related with image variation on your easyblog site previously? It seems like the icon and thumbnail image is missing from your site hence it will causing the preview issue.

By the way I've made some modification on these two file so that it will try to get the preview image from original image.
1) /administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/mediamanager/adapters/abstract.php
2) /administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/mediamanager/adapters/local.php

Hi Zeosing,

May I know if you have installed Admin Tools in your site? If yes kindly set a WAF exception for com_easyblog and see how it goes.

By the way I am not seeing any information inside your site details area. Can you re-provide the access again by editing the main post here?

Hi, we added easyblog to admintools execptions but the problem persists, the data are in the dropbox file under the filed "joomla site"

Hm, I am not sure which dropbox are you mentioning here. If I'm not wrong we do not have any dropbox account specific for stackideas and I'm not seeing any attachment of yours in this thread.
