can't load easysocial albums in media manager
after i migrate to other domain
Hello Vladimir,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as we may have missed your reply earlier. I can't seem to login to the FTP with the provided login credentials. Can you please advise?

Hello Vladimir,

Hm, it looks like there's quite a number of photo albums / photos that is trying to get generated . Hence, it failed because it most likely hit the timeout already. This probably worked on your previous hosting as most likely it has a higher max_execution_time on your previous hosting.

Can you try contacting your hosting provider to see if they can update the max_execution_time to a higher value?

this is same server, just other domain (unicode)
now max_execution_time="1200" but same problem
