Hey.

Is it possible to set a maximum of letters in a blog? I'm using my homepage as a news-site to exercises and I would like to use EasyBlog as a Twitter-look-alike, where the organizations in the exercises can write "Tweets". I have to set the maximum number of letters to 140.

hello Anders Lolk Larsen,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Do you mean that you would like to set Maximum length so that user can't post longer content in the blog post?

Hello Anders,

There is no setting to do that. However, I've modified some files to meet your requirement. Please replace the attached files in:
../administrator/components/com_easyblog/defaults/configuration.ini
../administrator/components/com_easyblog/views/settings/tmpl/default_main_general_bootstrap.php
../administrator/components/com_easyblog/tables/blog.php

Hope this helps.
