Hi Guys!

Is it possible to create a master pass for logging in to all accounts?

We have customers that need help and it would be a lot easier if we can see what they are seeing.

There are a bunch of Joomla authentication plugins that allows you to do just that.
Here is one that i am using: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-a-security/site-access/authentication-switch/12851

With this plugin you can log in as any registered user on your website, using your administrator password.
Basically, you enter the account username you want to login into and use your super-admin password. This works for all registered accounts from your website.
