If I wanted to send out an email to all users, what would be the best way of doing it? It would be a new email, but I don’t know how or where to start with sending out an email through easy social backend.

What do you mean by "sending out an email to all users". Do you mean custom email? Kindly explain more so we can understand you better. Or do you mean that emails from EasySocial are not sending out to users?

Yes. There is a generic email template for all EasySocial email activities. Go to backend > EasySocial > Emails > Template Editor. Here you'll see the email templates available in EasySocial. Locate the template.php; this will be the main email template for all the email templates in EasySocial.
