Mass Badge Assignment CSV... Date ends up showing 1 day earlier?

I'm using the AWESOME mass badge assignment.

In the attached CSV the date is clearly in as '28-01-2017' but after upload it shows as '27-01-2017'

For example: mysite/ results/myresults/5981-renee-rankin/badges

I can adjust my CSV's if this is going to be consistent odd behaviour, but I just wondered if you could replicate / explain why this might happen? Thanks!
Hi Andy,

After extends this issue to our developers, seems like this is actually a correct behavior where the date stored in the database is already in GMT format (+00:00)
Hence when it being display on the frontend, it will then add the offset based on the timezone settings of each user on the site. Eg: cayman timezone (-05:00) so the time display will be 1900 hours (7:00 p.m), 27th January 2017.
As this issue might caused confusion, we have to update the 'ACHIEVED_DATE' description to be:
Set the achievement date for the users. Note that the date will follow GMT timezone and will varies based on users timezone settings. (Syntax: DD-MM-YYYY)

Hi Andy,

I've replicate this issue locally, seems there is a bug regarding the date if you set your timezone to example America/Cayman.
I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developers will take and action for this.
