This is actually a bug that has been reported previously. The fix will be included in the next release of EasyBlog. In the meantime, I have helped you applied the fix file at JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/post/post.php
Can you double check and see if creating tags is working properly now(http://take.ms/gR8cC)? Thanks.
