A diagnosis of our server response time revealed that EasyDiscuss is trying to load something from the folder/URL included. But it isn't there. Please help. Its causing almost 40% of the page load time.

Thanks
Can you copy that full path which showing 404 error?

because after you renamed that file, then I can't replicate this 404 error in my browser console view.

As I said, we ran a general diagnostic tool on our website's performance. It showed that the site spent 2.3 seconds looking for the file only to determine that it is not there. I confirmed it be looking at the site structure.

How can we resolve the issue?

Perhaps you can provide us some screenshot about with your diagnostic tool result? So at least I have some extra information to further investigate on this?

Hey Mark,

Thanks for given us great info, can you temporary rename this file and see how it goes?
JoomlaFolder\components\com_easydiscuss\themes\simplistic\styles\style.less.cache <-

Before you access in your page you have to clear your Joomla cache.

By the way, I can't connect in your FTP server.
Response:	530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Good news and bad news.

The good news is that renaming the file seems to have improved our load time a lot! Thank you.

The bad news is that the file is still showing as 404. I've attached another screenshot with the most recent data.

Yes, I cleared cache. Even tried another browser.
