Hi Guys,
it´s not possible for other Users than SuperAdmin to mark a Topic as "solved".
Sure. The ThreadOwner can do, too - but: A Moderator with all ACL´s checked should be able to mark a topic as solved.

Attached I show you the options moderator (all acl checked) vs. superadmin.
You can see: 2nd image (superadmin) can mark as "solved".
Moderator (1st image):
- cant move topic?
- cant merge
- cant recommend
- cant lock and
- CANT MARK AS SOLVED

wrong settings or really not possible for a mod? But a Mod SHOULD be able to moderate correctly...
thanks in advance for your help

Hi Jasni,
so I understand. ACL does not help in this case (but why not?) and I need to update ALL categories now manually, correct?!
Isnt there any chance, to get the usergroup added for ALL categories with one click or sth like that or do I really add manually?

Hey Marco,

I think there are some confusions here. Whatever that you see on the "ACL" is only related to items where the user owns. For instance, if I created a post with the id of 1, as the owner of the post, I am able to mark reply as an answer if the ACL rule "Mark Answered" is enabled.

If you want to allow any other users on the site to be able to mark replies as answer / set the post as resolved, they need to be a moderator.
