Although I have already bought the Social Professional Bundle, I am hesitant to use EasyDiscuss as I am not sure if it has basic features, such as the ability for a user to mark a post as "solved".

Is this feature hidden or will it be available very soon? This feature may be critical for our site.

I found this thread from another site that uses EasyDiscuss:
http://www.fibromyalgia.com/index.php/fibro-forum/forum-categories/how-do-you-mark-a-discussion

When I click on the green checkmark on the right of a post, nothing happens.
Yes, with easydiscuss, you can mark a post as solved. However for that, you need to be the administrator of the site or you need to be the person asking the question, and you can mark any of the posted answers as the solution to your question. Just navigate a question you have asked (eg. this one) and hit 'Accept Answer' button(See attached screenshot). The answer you choose will be pinned to the top and highlighted, and the discussion will be marked solved

It took me a full 2 minutes to find the "Accept Answer" button on this thread. I finally do see it. What would be the CSS to add a color to the background to make it easier to find?

However, my original question was directed towards EasyDiscuss (not Easyblog). We need it working there as well.

Thank you

Hello Ken,

Yes, it's actually possible to add a custom styling on the accept answer button but you will need to add these css hacks into your template's css file

I do not mind adding CSS hacks as Rockettheme templates make this easy with the rt_oculus-custom.css file which overrides any other css.

Please send custom css to add a background color to "Accept Answer" field.

Thank you

Hello Ken,

We need the url to the page to inspect on the elements. If you are proficient enough, you could just use Firebug and inspect it on your own

Hey Marco,

If the ACL is checked, they should be able to mark the thread as resolved If you have issues with this, please start a new ticket on our forums
