Hi Mark,
I understand you're reaching out and would like to make your site and support even better.

So here you are, a slightly sour but necessary heads up and hopefully constructive criticism.

You've a serious fault in your system that's caused me personally loss of hours of time which frankly I could have spent better elsewhere,

What's the fault? well actually it's become two, namely the missing link and the time it takes to fix it.

First of all I reported it around five days ago, but I can't see it's been taken seriously as it's not been fixed.
Yet it's really a simple thing to do, ( http://stackideas.com/forums/explorer-bug-still-alive-in-es-v-1-4-5 )

It will save countless hours of wasted time and make communication so much easier.

So here it is once again.

Make available an obvious link under my account to where you've stored my site access information that you call Update Site Details Specifically a link to http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site

Just imagine a link to save time and confusion and no need to make anyone think

Cheers!
Hi Guy,

First of all we do apologize for all of the inconvenience caused and we will take this criticize in mind so we can improve our products and technical support quality from now on.

Regarding on the IE issue that you mentioned above, to be honest it is not as simple as you think. The issue is only happened in IE browser and most of our technical support team here are using macbook instead of windows machine. In addition, we are not able to replicate the issue in our local instance with windows machine for some reason and this is only happening on the live site like yours.

We tend to find the root cause on why this issue is happening first instead of providing a quick hack fix to enforce the issue from appearing. Furthermore our hands are pretty occupied currently as we all involve with the development phase of easydiscuss 4.0 hence we only have a limited time to provide support to customer. Nevertheless we will always provide the best service to our customer.

Make available an obvious link under my account to where you've stored my site access information that you call Update Site Details Specifically a link to http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site

Thanks for the feedback. We will add this link later on when a user try to compose a question in our forums.
