Since upgrading to v 5 I've been seeing many more 404's in Google WebMaster Tools.

I've traced it down to both Breadcrumbs and the "show Category" on posts.

Both of these seem to add an additional segment to the end of the url that's not in my structure. For example, when I go to the category blog for sewing & crafts from the menu (Url: /blogs/sewing-crafts) Breadcrumbs says /blogs/sewing-crafts/crafts

Thanks in advance for your help

hey Donald,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

Can I have the permission to help you updated to latest version 5.0.28?

Because I noticed you still using the older version of Easyblog.

Hey Donald,

I already help you updated to latest version of Easyblog.

By the way, I noticed your current menu structure do not have create `Easyblog (Post) frontpage` menu, I suspect that Joomla treat this /blogs/my-journey/journey <- `blogs` menu as `Easyblog (Post) frontpage`.

May I know if I create a hidden menu for `Easyblog (Post) frontpage`, what alias name you would like to put?

Thanks Alex,
Looks like the upgrade has taken care of the issue.
I'll watch it for a few days just to be sure.

Thanks again

Alex, Still getting 404's but the source of them appears to have changed a bit. Looks like most of them are a bad or misformed link jst after the title tag.

an example is on the page: http://www.hisgardenofgrace.com/blogs/my-journey?view=latest&start=60

The title tag looks like this <title>Recent blog posts - His Garden of Grace - Page 13</title><link href="http://www.hisgardenofgrace.com/?view=latest&Itemid=122" rel=canonical />

The credentials left previously should still work if you need on the site

Hey Donald,

I've checked your menu item from backend, it seems like all the Easyblog menu item also show this Component 'com_easyblog' does not exist., may i know did you update anything in your site yesterday?

Because now your site blog title missing the menu item id, so it will not work.

Hi Donald,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. I've fixed the menu item by re-saving the menu items on your site and it should be working correctly now. Please have a look.
