I need to add User Point rules for "Special Favors". As an example, if "User A" provides "User B" with a job referral that "User B" accepts, then "User B" will manually (NOT automatically) credit "User A" with a certain number of "Special Favors Points". The Users will have access to a dashboard to track the "Special Favors" points that they have earned and/or rewarded, from whom and to whom. Is this possible with ES 1.3.1?
Not possible as far as I know.

Hello William,

This is unfortunately not possible out of the box but you can achieve this if you add custom codes or built an app for this.

Hello Mark --

I tried to submit a ticket through kayoko. I receive the error message "One of the required fields is empty". Not certain what is happening. Did you receive the inquiry?

I am logged into Kayako. I do not see the ticket or your reply. Please advise. thanks.

I also tried to enter an additional email (my website admin email address), but received an error message -- "The email address entered is not available for registration". Kayako is very confusing.
