Hello,

I have Komento installed but it is disabled in all possible ways:
- Komento > Settings > General > Enable Komento > Disabled
- Komento > Settings > Integration > All is disabled
- EasySocial > Applications > Komento unpublished

Still Komento displays in the APP list in the ES Manage Alerts Notifications settings see attached screenshot
