As long as the page is set to public and EasySocial is accessible by the public and the stream items are public, you shouldn't have an issue sharing those stream items on Facebook.

All of the above seems to be in place as much as I can see and yet any post I make to the page and attempt to share is not viewable by the public.

For example I recently posted on a page, shared to the sites Facebook page and if the link is clicked then the following is seen:

I can't see any place to set the option of the privacy of any individual post to the ES page.

You can configure the viewing permission of individual posts here(http://take.ms/gmnqh).
If you are still having issues with permission level, can you tell us which posts specifically is having the issue so we can determine the cause here? Thanks.

It seems you have excluded super user's stream items from appearing on the stream(http://take.ms/XpW2Z), that's why only super users can see those stream and not other users or guest users.
Settings>Activity Stream>General>Exclude Site Admin's Stream From Appearing
If you turn this option off, guest users should be able to view those stream items created by super users.
