Making "Blog Title under profile section" required

Hello,

I think blogger subscription confirmation email doesn't make sense when 'Blog Title' is blank. (See attached screenshot.)

I guess the solution would be
- to make 'Blog Title (under profile section)' required field.
or
- to include blogger's name/nickname instead of blog title in the email.

What will you suggest?

I have replicated this on our local and it seems that there are bug on our end. I have issued this to our developer and will be included on our next release version. Thanks for your understanding.
