I need some help with configuration

For exemple : Is it possible to make Make "Peter is now freinds with Mark" stream private ?

Same question about "Peter has updated his profil"

My users are worried about these publications because they can not configue the privicy (and are automatic publications)

I do not want to turn these off compleatly

I would like these to be visible only to regesterd users
