If you are referring to these(http://take.ms/IurL0), then its not possible since it would prevent users, especially those with smaller screens to fully view those modules.

If I was to add more modules on sides for example 15 to 20 that only display on desktop & 7 to 10 that only displayed on mobile will website run slow?

Hey Leo,

Some extra modules would definitely increase the loading time, but it should not slow down the site dramatically.

You can always give it a try and see how it goes.
