Hi Hasif,

Last email of the day

With the new version 5.4, I noticed that there was no longer the loader at the bottom of the Dashboard page, nor on the Pages listing.
The Groups listing displays the loader correctly.

Would it be possible to trigger the loading of the following Stream items earlier ?
Ideally as soon as the first batch of stream items are loaded.
So that the user can scroll endlessly without having to wait, and see this loader displayed.
The Dashboard is the central place for the user. An invisible loading of Streams Items would be really nice

Hi Philippe,

Actually we do implement such solution in the app,
However since the data have to be fetch from a server and this process take times.
Depending on the server speed if the user scroll fast enough the same issue will still exist.

Simply because the data fetching is still in progress and the stream have no data to use for rendering the component on screen. However, I will still consider tor have a look at it on how we may improve the UX for the Stream.

Hope this helps.

regards,
Hasif

Thanks Hasif.
I understand.

On the web version, we can see that the scroll bar lengthens when we are at 50%. What makes that we do not see the loader. Navigation is very fluid for the user.
It would be really nice if it was the same on the Native App

In parallel, with the new version 5.4, I noticed that there was no longer the loader at the bottom of the Dashboard page, nor on the Pages listing.
The Groups listing displays the loader correctly.

Have a nice week-end,
Philippe
