Any image moved to a different album becomes blank.

Hopefully there is a quick fix to allow existing sites to migrate over to next version of ES 1.2 without problems.

The thumbnail is blank and clicking on the blank space also shows a blank picture.

Hello Peter,

Are you testing this on 1.2.0 ? I have tested this locally and it seems to work fine for me.

Hi Mark

Give it a try on the site URL provided and let me know what you find. That is the 1.1.6 build. I tried different combination (public view, viewable only me, locked album, etc.) all with the same results. You can even try with the images and albums that are already there. I left the blank ones there as well.

I'm sure there are many people already using 1.1.6 so what will happen to them? Will they have to apply a fix prior to upgrading to the next version?

Hello Peter,

The fixes will only be applied on the 1.2.0 branch but I think it's an easy fix for users who has this issue currently. All you need to do is to assign a new cover for your album

Hi Mark

I went over the blank photo then clicked on Set As Album cover and still having the same problem. I even copied over the photo that was uploaded by support and it's also blank.

Hello Peter,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, can you please provide us with your access and also the user account's access that is facing this issue? Also, FTP access would be most appreciated.

Hi Mark

Not a problem I understand.

I've added the details. There are four albums (one from your support team) so feel free to move any photos from one to another as it happens regardless of where it originates from. I did a quick test by creating a "test3" album and moving one picture from "test" album.

Hello Peter,

I have tried moving a photo to another album and tried to set one of the other photos as the album cover and it works fine. See my test album "hello album"

Hi Mark

I moved the koala photo from the "hello album" to the "test 3" album and it is still showing up as blank. If you go into the "test 3" album you can see there are 4 photos and all are blank.
