We have new Joomla installation with Joomla 3.8.5 with PayPlans latest version 3.6.3, Jomsocial 4.5.
We are currently in the setup process.

Where can enable the main menu and all items to be visible after registration of an account via PayPlans ?
While all menu items are available during the registration process they are not longer visible on the invoice page
so I need to navigate back to homepage via the Logo.

Maybe this is explained in PayPlans documentation somewhere but I did not find it.
Please note the page is not yet live and hidden behind index.html page ...therefore you would need to access
via URL http://seniors-meet-seniors.com/index.php

Hello Markus,

This issue is coming because you have applied this module to selected pages only, not added payplans pages.
Please apply this module to payplans pages also. (Please make sure that you have select Subscribe Menu in Menu Selection Option)
See attached screen shot.

Update me if still issue not resolved.

Hello Manisha,
thanks for fast reply.
Unfortunately the screenshot you made is so small that I cannot see anything.
Can you please provide a new one with appropriate size.
Which module you are exactly referring to ?

Thanks
Markus

Hello,

ok, you just need to check your main menu module that it is assigned to all page or selected one. (you are managing the module as per different language , so you need to verify the each one)
If on selected page then make sure that payplans pages also selected in this.
see attached screen shot for reference.

Update me if you have any query.

Hello Manisha,
thanks a lot....as we do not have the main menus for the different languages defined in module manager I did not find this.
But the main menu can be adminstrated on the template manager directly with the assignment of menus and submenus.
I did that for Subscribe and now the menu items are all visible.

Thanks a lot for the support....the ticket can be closed.

Regards
Markus
