main menu and navbar in backend administrator disappear

hi, in the last two days after joomla update to 3.7.2 release and extensions update, the usual administration page looks like the attached screenshot. Main menu navbar and drop down menu are all disappear. Panic time.

So it's impossible doing any kind of operations, we have not enough joomla experience to solve this issue.

we tried to reinstall all the entire package from github, and now without the main navbar we cannot make other attempts.
By the way the frontend is working well.

It seems like you have messed up some of the permission from your backend.

May i know do you have do the backup before you update Joomla version to 3.7.2?

Hi, after administration and component folder checking for corrupted files there is a new error message

an error has occurred
(0) The service file "lib/base_container.xml" does not exist.

is this part of easysocial set?

Nope, this file is not loaded from our extension, I've help you enabled the debug mode from your configuration.php file, you can check again on your page, i suspect this file is calling from this plugin plugins/system/rokcommon/rokcommon.php

Perhaps you can consult with this plugin provider or it might related with your template provider.
