I am familiar with Mailchimp and I have used RSS feeds in the past.
If I click "Yes" in Easyblog to automatically create a campaign how is the MailChimp template for the campaign selected?
How does the content of the post imported into Mailchimp - what needs to go into the template?
Hey John,

When you enable the integrations with Mailchimp, when a new blog post is created on the site, it will actually send the entire email template to Mailchimp. It does not utilize any template from Mailchimp. EasyBlog only utilizes it to send out newsletters

By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any EasyBlog subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

I have a follow up question on Mailchimp integration.

In the above message it says "..it will actually send the entire email template to Mailchimp.." What does this "template" contains? Does this template contain the whole new blog post?

Could this "template" also link back to the original post on the Joomla-Easyblog website?

Is there any option that the template only contains the "intro" of the post, and links back to the original post on Joomla-Easyblog website?

This template is the email template generated by EasyBlog. Unfortunately right now it's not possible to send out just the contents of the blog post.
