Hello SI Support,

we are using Mailchimp field for users. If you go to custom fields workflows and choose to have this field checked by default for each new users, it does not work on adding a new user. Field Mailchimp is not checked by default.

I noticed you still using older version of Easysocial which is 2.2.4, have you consider to upgrade to latest version of Easysocial 3.2?

Because we already addressed this issue.

Hallo Arlex,

now we are on latest Version of EasySocial 3.2.1 and Mailchimp Version 2.1.43. But it still does not work…

Please note, we are on a private intranet and my credentials are leading to an older development state of our page without confidential informations. So you can't use it please.

Hm, that is difficult for us to check if we can't access your site.

Hello Arlex,

thank you for your answer and you video. Because we are in a privat intranet we are adding all users in backend and have turned off user registration in frontend. Could you please check, if this makes a difference in your environment and the checkbox may be unchecked in your backend too?

It seems like this issue only happen on backend, can you try download my attached file and replace into this following file location and see how it goes.
