Are you on the latest version? If I recall correctly there's an issue with the mailchimp field on 1.2.1 .

1.2.5, win decided to skip 1.2.6 an wait for 1.2.7 to avoid the language string issues.

Has been the same on all versions since 1.2.1, it's only now that I've needed to implement it.

What happens on your system?

Hm, if you are on 1.2.5 it should work fine. Did you test it during registration or editing a profile?

They are actually showing during registration, but not during editing a profile.

I've also found another bug. If you untick the newsletter checkbox when editing your profile, it gets ticked again as soon as you click save. It should trigger the Mailchimp unsubscribe process (with confirmation email of course) and remain unticked.

Also, it looks like the surname is being passed to Mailchimp if you have the default Firstname, Middle Name, Surname, but if you change to First name and Surname only, the surname is not being passed to Mailchimp.

So to summarise:

1. Title and Description not displayed when editing a profile (other fields show these fields)

2. Uniticking doesn't save and doesn't trigger the Mailchimp unsubscribe process

3. Surname not being passed if Firstname and Surname only is set in profile.

I am really sorry, was overwhelmed with too much work and integrations with too many 3rd party dev's. Can you please provide us with the back end and FTP to check the site? It's much easier for me to test this on the site directly.

Okay, fixed I misunderstood as I thought the email wasn't unsubscribed but it actually does only that in EasySocial, it's not unticked.

I haven't tested it yet, but will over the coming days.

Just to be clear, does unticking the box now unsubscribe you from the list in Mailchimp?
